What form of payment is accepted?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Checkout, Paypal, and layaway plan. To ensure that your transaction is approved by our system, please make sure the name and address you enter matches that of your billing information on your credit card.

Layaway Plans

We offer the following layaway plan: 3 to 6 month Layaway plan with equal monthly payments for purchases of $1,000.00 or more.

How to place a layaway order: Email us at customerservice@totsnstyle.com or call toll free 800.481.8025 with your order information, item number(s), payment plan, credit card information, shipping information and contact information. You can request that we call you by chatting with us via our Live Chat.

You will receive a phone call from our customer service department to confirm layaway.

You will receive an invoice by email for each installment plan payment due. You will also receive email confirmation on payment received.

Conditions

1. Your sale will be secured at the sale price of the date processed. That is, the price of the goods on the date the layaway is started is what the layaway will be billed at, whether stock goes on special or has a price increase later.

2. Cancellation: If a layaway order is canceled, the first payment will be treated as a restocking fee and will be forfeited. Any remaining funds paid will be given back to the buyer as a store credit. There are no refunds under any circumstances.

3. Late Payment Charges: If a scheduled payment is more than 5 days late, a $10 dollar late charge will be assessed. If a payment is more than 30 days late, the order will be canceled. The first payment will be forfeited immediately, and any remaining funds paid will be given back to the buyer as a store credit.

4. Layaway only holds the price not the furniture, if the furniture is not in stock the layaway payments can be used toward other purchases at Totsnstyle.com.

5. You cannot receive item(s) until it is completely paid for and there is no remaining balance.

6. We cannot offer refunds or returns on layaway purchases. If the buyer does not honor the layaway contract after making payments, Totsnstyle.com has the right to charge a restocking fee and retain up to 25% of the amount paid. Then refund, as store credit, the buyer the remainder.

7. By ordering using any of our layaway plans, you hereby agree to our layaway terms and conditions.

When is my credit card charged?
Our checkout system will charge your credit card upon checkout.

Pre-Ordering

Some of our items are in very high demand so they are frequently out of stock or back ordered. To accommodate these situations, we allow our customers the option to pre-order items. This allows us the opportunity to pre-order the item with the manufacturer before it is back in stock and then sold out again. All pre-orders are charged at checkout because this is the only way we can guarantee stock on the listed date.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax will only be charged to orders shipped within the state of Indiana.

What happens after I place my order?
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from totsnstyle.com. This email will let you know that we have received your order. It is the customers’ responsibility to review the order confirmation and make the proper changes with TotsNstyle.com within 24 hrs. or before the order ships. Thereafter, you will receive a shipping confirmation email notifying you that your order has shipped along with a tracking number. Do you offer gift wrapping?
We are more than pleased to gift wrap your purchase free of charge. Simply check the gift wrapping option at checkout and type in a message to the recipient. We will write the desired message onto personalized stationary and your order will be enclosed in a gift box and finished off with beautiful ribbon. Please note that we cannot offer gift wrapping on furniture, gear, or toys due to the dimensions of these items.

Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

What is the return and exchange policy?
(Clothing, and non-drop ship items)


At totsnstyle.com, we do our best to offer you luxury products and a premium shopping experience. However, we understand that for various reasons items purchased with us may have to be returned or exchanged. We will gladly refund or exchange products within 14 days of purchase. Items returned or exchanged must have all original tags attached and may not be used, worn, or washed. We reserve the right to not refund or exchange any item we feel does not comply with these requests.

What is the return/exchange procedure?

  1. Fill out the enclosed return/exchange form that was shipped with your order. Please be sure to fill the form out in its entirety.

  2. Peel off the label from the return/exchange form and affix to the outside of your package. You can call our customer service if you have misplaced your return/exchange form. Make sure that when returning or exchanging your item you use a carrier that can provide traceable service (such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS). We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen during the return shipping process.

  3. Once we receive your package, please allow 5-7 business days for your return or exchange to be processed and also credited. If you are exchanging an item, we will notify you once your package is shipped at which time you will not incur a second shipping charge.

***Please note the same procedures apply to returning or exchanging a gift

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that are marked down or on sale

  • **Any drop ship items such as furniture, loungers, etc…

  • Any bath products

  • Personalized items

  • Bathing suits

  • Special order items

**Drop ship items such as bikes, toys, furniture, etc, cannot be returned or cancelled once it ships. If an item arrives damaged or defective, the item will be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer policy at no additional charge. We request that you take a picture of the damaged/defective item and send it to us so we can properly assess the situation and get it repaired or replaced right away.

What is the Cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order within 48 hrs. of placing the order. We ask that you e-mail us at customerservice@totsnstyle.com for your cancellation request. Please include your name, order number and the reason for cancelling the order. We do not accept cancellation on special order items or custom furniture orders. We cannot cancel orders that have been processed or shipped. The customer will be charged with all of the freight charges and a minimum of 25% re-stocking fee in the event that they cancel or refuse the delivery.

Shipping Info

"SHIPS IN" Timeframe is for guidance only and not a guarantee. It's the average time for this product to leave the manufacturer or warehouse. **This timeframe does not include the transit time from the pickup location to your shipping address. White Glove Delivery orders typically take an additional 2-3 days. Delays also may occur due to weather and if items and/or materials are out of stock. Totsnstyle.com relies on its manufacturers to provide us with timely stocking information. If your item or material is out of stock, we will notify you of potential delays.

Totsnstyle.com offers FREE shipping on this item within the Lower 48 United States only. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada please email customerservice@totsnstyle.com with shipping destination to receive available shipping methods and shipping rates.

• Totsnstyle.com will send you an email notification with shipping details once the order ships.
• Total transit time from the Manufacturer's warehouse is approximately 7-21 days based on your location.
• Once the order is received by the local delivery agent, you will receive a phone call from the local delivery agent to schedule a delivery appointment.

"Free In-home Delivery” service includes:

• Delivery inside the front door or garage of your home "threshold"
• Will carry up or down stairs (up to two (2) flights prior to the threshold)
• If any piece weighs more than 300 lbs. or pieces are greater than four, delivery only to the First Dry Area (porch, garage, or inside closest door to dwelling)
• No assembly or removal of boxes
• Confirmed phone appointment with 4 hour delivery window
• Customer may be charged for additional fees for services not listed above if requested or required when delivery team is on site (See Additional Fees:)

White Glove Delivery Upgrade includes:

• 2-person delivery team
• Furniture is placed in room of choice.
• Unboxing and assembly of furniture
*With exception of cribs. Due to liability concerns, cribs are placed in room of choice but not assembled.
• Confirmed phone appointment with 4 hour delivery window
• Up or down only 2 two flight of stairs
• Customer may be charged for additional fees for services not listed above if requested or required when delivery team is on site (See Additional Fees:)

Additional Fees:

Totsnstyle.com reserves the right to charge additional fees based on any and all of the above "not included" instances. Fees start at a minimum $50.00 per instance, and will be calculated based upon all circumstances. Deliveries to locations that require transport over waterways will be charged $250.00 fee after checkout.

• Deliveries on weekends or holidays
• Storage of merchandise beyond 7 calendar days
• Obstructed delivery paths
• Additional waiting time at time of delivery
• Relocation or removal of items not part of delivery
• Missed appointments
• Cancelled appointments with less than 24-hours notice
• Deliveries to zip codes that require transportation by boat or ferry
• Refusal of non-damaged merchandise
• Additional flights of stairs

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain a link for you to track your order. Click on the link and it will bring you back to track your order on www.totsnstyle.com.

If you created an account with us, just log in to your account under the “My Account” link on the home page. Then click on the tracking info link under “Order History”.
