Payments

What form of payment is accepted?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. To ensure that your transaction is successful, please make sure the name and address you enter matches that of your billing information on your credit card.

When is my credit card charged?
We will charge your credit card when your order is ready to ship and leave our warehouse.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax will only be charged to orders shipped within the state of Indiana.

What happens after I place my order?
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from totsnstyle.com. This email will let you know that we have received your order. We will then charge the credit card. Thereafter, you will receive a shipping confirmation email notifying you that your order has shipped along with a tracking number. Please note that once you receive your order confirmation email, you cannot make any further changes to your order. Do you offer gift wrapping?
We are more than pleased to gift wrap your purchase free of charge. Simply check the gift wrapping option at checkout and type in a message to the recipient. We will write the desired message onto personalized stationary and your order will be enclosed in a gift box and finished off with beautiful ribbon.

Return and Exchange Policy

What is the return and exchange policy?
At totsnstyle.com, we do our best to offer you luxury products and a premium shopping experience. However, we understand that for various reasons items purchased with us may have to be returned or exchanged. We will gladly refund or exchange products within 14 days of purchase. Items returned or exchanged must have all original tags attached and may not be used, worn, or washed. We reserve the right to not refund or exchange any item we feel does not comply with these requests.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that are marked down or on sale
  • **Any drop ship items such as furniture, loungers, etc…
  • Any bath products
  • Personalized items
  • Bathing suits
  • Special order items

**Drop ship items such as bikes, toys, furniture,etc are not returnable. They can be exchanged but not returned. If an item arrives damaged or defective, the item will be replaced by the manufacturer at no additional charge.

What is the return/exchange procedure?

  1. Fill out the enclosed return/exchange form that was shipped with your order. Please be sure to fill the form out in its entirety.
  2. Peel off the label from the return/exchange form and affix to the outside of your package. You can call our customer service if you have misplaced your return/exchange form. Make sure that when returning or exchanging your item you use a carrier that can provide traceable service (such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS). We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen during the return shipping process.
  3. Once we receive your package, please allow 5-7 business days for your return or exchange to be processed and also credited. If you are exchanging an item, we will notify you once your package is shipped at which time you will not incur a second shipping charge.

Shipping Info

How do you ship and what are your rates?
We ship all our products using UPS. We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING for all standard ground orders. During the checkout procedure, you will be given several other shipping options. Your rates will be calculated according to the selection you make (next day, 2nd day, ground, etc…).

What is procedure for international shipping?
We ship to most countries around the world. International packages may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. You are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over any additional charges and so we cannot inform you of what those may be. Once the package is delivered to UPS, we pass on the risk of loss to the customer. The recipient of the package must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
If a package is refused, you will be responsible for any shipping charges as well as any incurred charges on the package. We reserve the right to subtract these amounts from your order refund.

Will my order ship on the same day I place my order?
We strive to fulfill all orders in a timely manner. All orders received on Monday thru Friday by 2pm, will ship the same day provided there is no delay in credit card verification or approval. Any order received on a Saturday or Sunday will not be shipped until Monday unless otherwise noted by special holiday promotions.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain a link for you to track your order. Click on the link and it will bring you back to track your order on www.totsnstyle.com.

If you created an account with us, just log in to your account under the “My Account” link on the home page. Then click on the tracking info link under “Order History”.
